Welcome to my website.
Background
Hi… thanks for popping by. Here you will find some links to things that I find interesting or inspiring or that just happened to grab my interest.
Today, I have the privilege of being the Group CIO at Domestic and General, a global warranty and appliance aftercare business. Prior to that I was the Group CIO at Virgin Active, a global health and wellness business with hundreds of health clubs all over the world delivering feel good exercise experiences physically and digitally.
I have worked in various IT leadership and digital roles for a number of companies in London and San Francisco. I have been lucky enough to work alongside some incredibly talented individuals; from inspiring leaders of people to leading edge technologists, mixed in with Customer Experience Architects and venture capitalists. I have also been fortunate enough to work through some periods of incredible change - the “dot com boom”, “eCommerce” and recently “digital transformation” with the added froth of excitement around “AI” and “data”. Despite all of that, it always has been and always will be, about the people.
